Terms of Service

By using Vapen ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vapen provides a personal VPN client (the app) and forwarding infrastructure that lets a subscribed user route their network traffic through proxy servers we operate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — see "Liability".

2. Account

You authenticate via Telegram. You are responsible for the security of the Telegram account you use to sign in. We are not responsible for losses arising from compromise of that account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis after an initial trial.
Payment is collected through Telegram Stars or CryptoBot. The amount, currency, and renewal cadence are shown before each purchase.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Each top-up extends your plan by the stated period.
Refunds: we offer a refund of the unused portion within 14 days of the most recent payment if the Service has been materially unavailable for that period. Refunds outside that window are at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, run port scans, or launch DDoS or other attack traffic.
Distribute malware or illegal content, including content that infringes copyright.
Engage in any activity unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written permission.

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific SLA. The Service is provided "as is" and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of it at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely we will notify subscribers via Telegram at least 14 days in advance.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vapen and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion (see Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced to active users via Telegram before they take effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
